Welcome to Healing Our Mob. At a time when Lawyers are used as a substitute for heartfelt talk. We must go back to our old ways. Based on a time when our people had formal distribution of food. We must not squabble over scraps. We use our healing ways to make sure everyone has a share of the financial Kangaroo.

At Healing Our Mob, We know our Elders practiced a way that the mainstream did not understand “Being an Aborigine I have an obligation to share the kangaroo as it were, but this happened to be a financial kangaroo, with those less fortunate than myself, in my own community.” Senator Neville Bonner

We offer a variety of consulting services at Healing Our Mob, including individual, small family mediation to community and corporate and more. Our team is made up of experts in each of these areas, and we work together to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions that meet their unique needs. A hand up, not a hand out because grief is in all of us. We build capacity at your pace.

At Healing Our Mob, we believe that collaboration is key to success. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and goals, and develop solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. Our approach is transparent, results-driven, and designed to help businesses thrive.

Lateral violence is when pain and frustration caused by colonisation, racism, and trauma gets turned sideways — onto our own people, families, or community.
It can include:
It is hurt being passed on instead of healed.
Lateral violence is not culture.
It comes from:
When people feel unheard or unsafe, hurt can spill into community.
They can overlap, but lateral violence is often emotional or social harm.
Lateral violence creates:
It weakens culture, family, and belonging.
We heal by returning to cultural values:
Kindness and culture are our strength.
Lateral violence is a product of trauma — not who we are.
We protect our young ones and each other by practising respect, unity, and cultural strength.
When we support each other, we all grow strong.
Specialists who build a currency of respect
